Hot Pepper
Hot peppers such as chillies and jalepeno are known for their fiery taste, but did you know that capsaicin, the component that gives hot peppers their heat contains a host of health benefits. Cancer research has provided insights into the relationship between capsaicin and cell death caused by free radicals. Hot peppers are also a great source of vitamins A, C and K, are low in calories and increase the metabolic rate. Preparation:
Slice the top off the Hot pepper, cut in half and slice or dice as needed. Through removing the seeds, you can lessen the level of spice in your dish.
